Child loss is extremely hard and it can be hard to take care of yourself at times too

Taking care of yourself is paramount when you are struggling with grief. If we had the energy, we'd go for a walk or eat a healthy homemade meal, but sometimes, grieving mothers just don't have the energy to do much at all. I get it.
